Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Solution Architect to lead the design of enterprise grade AI and GenAI solutions, with a strong focus on AI trust, risk, security, and scalable architecture. You will define architecture patterns for AI powered and agentic systems, guide delivery teams, and work closely with security, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to embed AI into operational and customer facing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise GenAI and AI architecture patterns
• Lead design of AI Trust & Controls covering data, prompt, application, and security risks
• Architect solutions using LLMs, RAG, GenAI, and agentic automation
• Guide delivery teams and develop reference architectures and pilots
• Enable LLMOps / AgenticOps (observability, evaluation, governance, lifecycle management)
• Support integration across data platforms, APIs, event driven and messaging systems
• Collaborate with security and governance teams to align with regulatory and policy frameworks

Required Experience

• Strong enterprise solution architecture background (cloud, data, integration, applications)
• Experience designing AI powered systems (assistants, search, summarisation, automation)
• Knowledge of AI governance and risk frameworks (e.g. ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act)
• Hands on experience with GenAI patterns (RAG, agents, orchestration frameworks)
• Experience with cloud native AI and data platforms (e.g. managed LLMs, ML services, search, analytics)
• Strong stakeholder engagement across engineering, security, data, and business teams
