Job Description

• Act as the technical owner for UiPath and Tungsten Automation within the Innovation team
• Design and deliver AI- and automation driven solutions across multiple enterprise platforms
• Build secure integrations connecting UiPath, Azure AI, Copilot Studio, and Tungsten Automation
• Develop PoCs, prototypes, and pilot-ready solutions to accelerate innovation
• Define secure, compliant architecture patterns with Architecture, Cybersecurity, InfoSec, and Risk
• Explore and assess cutting edge capabilities (UiPath AI features, Azure AI services, Tungsten IDP, etc.)
• Produce clear documentation and provide knowledge transfer across the team

The Successful Applicant

Essential

• Strong hands on experience with UiPath (engineering + architecture)
• Experience with Azure AI / Microsoft AI Foundry
• Solid integration engineering skills - APIs, authentication, secure design patterns
• Practical coding experience (Python, C#, PowerShell, or similar)
• Background in banking or regulated environments
• Solid understanding of enterprise security, data protection, and responsible AI principles

Desirable

• Experience with Tungsten Automation or other IDP/document automation platforms
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio extensibility
• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Knowledge of M365 Copilot integration patterns
• Understanding of cloud integration (APIM, private endpoints, secure connectivity)
• Experience working with global/distributed teams
