Senior Agriculture Relationship & Growth Lead

NatWest Group is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager in the Agriculture Sector to join a hybrid role in Scotland. The successful candidate will support Agricultural Managers and build strong relationships with local agriculture customers while driving business growth. You will engage with key national organizations and contribute to industry forums, representing the bank within the sector.

This role requires a solid understanding of the banking sector and SME businesses, alongside strong interpersonal skills and experience in commercial banking. A Diploma in Lending Skills will be supported within 18 months.
