The role is hybrid, based in either Dartford or Sheerness, and covers ports across the South East UK including the Thames, Medway, Sheerness, Dover, Felixstowe and East Anglia. Responsibilities include coordinating port appointments and vessel port calls, managing vendors and suppliers, working with port authorities and terminal service providers, preparing PDAs, managing pre-arrival documentation, booking port services such as pilots, towage and lines, arranging vessel surveys and inspections, handling customs clearances, and boarding vessels on arrival or departure. Candidates should have knowledge of port operations, shipping or port agency, with transferable experience from logistics or travel sectors considered. Strong office software skills, customer-facing experience in shipping or maritime, and experience in a corporate office environment are required. A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are required.
