Senior ADON: Nursing Leadership (Maternity), Co. Dublin

Kate Cowhig International Recruitment is recruiting an Assistant Director of Nursing in elderly care homes in Co. Dublin on a fixed term maternity cover contract.

The post is a senior clinical leadership role reporting to the Director of Nursing, with responsibilities including rostering, delegation, supervision, governance and risk assessment. The ADON will collaborate with the DON and Healthcare Manager as part of the senior management team, deputising for the DON as required.
