Provide comprehensive administrative support, manage and coordinate the administrative and ancillary support functions, ensuring efficient use of resources.

The post holder will have line management responsibility for administrative, clerical, and support staff, and will coordinate the validation of reports regarding data quality and completeness.

Responsible for ensuring all targets are met and flagging issues as needed.

Main duties of the job Ensuring systems and processes are adequate and effective in ensuring timely reception, treatment, and discharge of service users.
  • Greet service users in a patient-focused manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • Follow up on 'Did Not Attend' cases and discharges per clinical advice.
  • Implement and adhere to relevant Trust policies and procedures.

  • 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 29 after 5 years and 33 days after 10 years.
Person specification Qualifications and experience
  • 5 GCSE passes, including English and Maths.
  • Experience in an admin role within a clinical setting.
Management experience
  • At least 2 years in management.
  • Familiarity with EPR systems.
  • IT qualification.
