Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our Legal Team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of the Legal Department by managing systems and processes, enhancing the efficiency of legal workflows, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Flexible working options available - part-time hours or a four-day week.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support ensuring key deadlines are met.
  • Assist the Legal Team with drafting various legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Oversee the maintenance and organisation of the company's contract database, ensuring all contracts are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Perform first line reviews of low-value contracts and NDAs, identifying any potential issues and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Manage the company's DocuSign system, distributing contracts for signature and ensuring timely execution.
  • Attend meetings and accurately document minutes, providing clear and concise records of discussions and decisions.
  • Conduct research on various legal issues, regulations, and case law relevant to the insurance industry.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement Team to complete due diligence responses from suppliers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications
  • Some proven experience as an Administrator, demonstrating the ability to handle tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using IT systems and software, including Microsoft Office, document management systems and e-signature platforms like DocuSign.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in document drafting and contract reviews.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely in a legal context.
  • Ability to adapt to the changing requirements of the business and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in the Legal and Procurement Teams.
  • Ability to analyse legal issues and interpret regulations.
