The Enforcement Operations Unit provides an extensive range of support services for Enforcement and Market Oversight (EMO). - Delivering high-quality administrative support to EMO, ensuring smooth and efficient operational processes for internal stakeholders whilst leading by example
- Maintaining effective central inbox, responding to queries, prioritising request to meet competing deadlines
- Logging of exhibits into our central Property Store via our Evidence Property Management System
- Maintaining and updating records within the FCA Register and Intact system to support regulatory compliance and data accuracy
- Dealing with the division's hardcopy scanning requests for internal stakeholders and liaising with external suppliers
- Managing inventory of search kits and general interview supplies, including stationary
- Outsourcing transcription and translation requests to EMO and maintaining the divisional interview recording equipment
- Insight into the Enforcement and Market Oversight Division

Minimum
- Proven experience in a role which has required strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to cultivate and manage stakeholder relationships across all levels
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment, combining excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to work in a structured way and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality administrative support, including mailbox management, ensuring enquires all queries are responded to at the agreed deadlines
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to handle staff confidential and sensitive data with utmost discretion ensuring confidentiality is upheld at all times
- Prior experience in a role that involves a high level of accuracy and attention to detail ensuring precision in all tasks
- Capable of professionally engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders on both general and confidential matters
- Ability to build good working relationships & networks across the division, the FCA in general and with external suppliers by gaining trust
- Demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively within a team while maintaining the flexibility to work independently and take initiatives
