Senior Administrative Assistant

Join our friendly team as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Park View, where we provide a day service for adults with complex needs. As an integral part of our small supportive team, you'll carry out vital administrative tasks at the facility ensuring the smooth running of our service.

What you'll do
  • Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls.
  • Based in reception, act as first point of contact for all visitors and staff.
  • Build and establish positive working relationships with staff and Service Users.
  • Resolve queries and, where appropriate, escalated complex queries.
  • Data checking and monitoring, including working with spreadsheets.
What we're looking for
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Team player with a customer focused approach.
  • Resilient and adaptable to changing demands, remaining calm and professional.
  • Good IT skills, especially MO365 (Word, Outlook, Excel) and willingness to develop these further.
  • Good attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Shows patience, compassion, and empathy in all interactions. You'll treat service users with dignity and respect.
