Senior Ad Monetisation Lead - Grow Revenue Across Games

Kwalee's Leamington Spa studio is seeking a Senior Ad Monetisation Manager to drive revenue from ads across our mobile and PC/Console portfolio. You'll own monetisation strategy, optimize eCPM and ad performance, and design engaging ad experiences that balance player enjoyment with revenue growth.

The role is hands-on, data-driven, and focused on testing, learning, and documenting wins. Hybrid collaboration and leadership of monetisation analysts are part of the mix.
