Senior Acute Medicine Consultant - Lead & Innovate

Swansea Bay University Health Board is recruiting Consultants in Acute Medicine to lead and transform our acute medical services at Morriston Hospital. The role focuses on strengthening the Acute Medical Assessment Unit and guiding service development across the division.

Successful applicants will provide senior clinical leadership, support out of hours work, and contribute to integrated care pathways, with opportunities to influence patient flow and improve outcomes.
