About The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to deliver accurate monthly management accounts, maintain balance sheet integrity, and support payroll, cashflow, and financial reporting. You will also assist with budgeting, forecasting, multi entity reporting, and system upgrades, providing essential insights to support decision making by the CFO.
Qualifications & Experience- Relevant qualification in Accountancy.
- 5-10 years experience.
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role.
- Strong month end close, balance sheet reconciliation, and financial reporting experience.
- Proficient in Sage (multi currency/multi entity desirable) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with payroll accounting, accruals, and staff cost analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across finance and operational teams.
