How&How are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team in London. You will be a natural team leader, have innate organisational skills, acute attention to detail and impeccable communication skills.

As Senior Account Manager, you will be required to support and lead various creative & digital projects. You will have experience working across a range of branding & web development projects, from smaller tasks to complex web builds. You will have excellent relationship skills to manage both internal & external teams and be able to motivate and challenge stakeholders & teammates to get the best results.

You will be able to adapt your approach depending on the audience, and our clients. You'll be as comfortable thinking big, as you will be obsessing about the details.

Topline: we need a well-rounded, team player to lead & manage projects with amazing organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and excellent relationship & communication acumen.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support on client and internal projects and the team, being the key contact between the agency and client: informing each team member and client on a regular basis.

  • Partner with senior clients as their direct contact, helping to build a tight-knit relationship between their team and other stakeholders.

  • Create clear and concise, watertight proposals, estimates, timelines and briefs.

  • Keep track of budgets and reporting on the profitability and financial performance of projects.

  • Proactively take responsibility for driving each project & task forward.

  • Always seek new and innovative ways to develop the work & your team.

  • Expert ability to plan and strategise at a senior level.

  • Confidently make decisions and build a persuasive rationale for them, bringing others along the decision-making process.

  • Guide and motivate people around you including teammates, partners & clients.

Your Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on agency experience in Client Services.

  • Efficient, detail-oriented, organised, and able to work under tight deadlines.

  • Team player that'll fit into our design-driven, collaborative team.

  • Innate acumen for leading & managing creative brand & digital projects.

  • Extremely comfortable using project management tools & platforms.

  • Able to balance day-to-day project deliverables, connecting clients to internal resources they need, always independently prioritise the workload.

  • Proven experience managing client engagements of all levels.

  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills (Fluent in English - both spoken and written).

  • Able to be articulate in presenting work and facilitating workshops alongside teammates.

  • Experience in managing a mix of brand & technology projects across clients, both B2B and B2C.

  • Curious about brands and the positive impact they can have on the world.

  • Ambitious self-starter who can thrive in ambiguity.

  • Can-do positivity and optimistic attitude :)

The Perks:

  • Salary £52,500-£58,000 (DOE) + Bonus Opportunities

  • We operate a profit share scheme with everyone in the agency, because we believe everyone should share in the success of the entire team

  • We publish all our salary tiers internally and the same job roles are paid exactly the same. Because we think that's fair

  • We contribute 3% of qualifying earnings to anyone who wants to engage in our pension scheme

  • 39 Day Holiday allocation - 28 days holiday + 8 bank holidays + Christmas shutdown

  • We work from our bright and airy Shoreditch studio, with 2 days WFH per week

  • Early finish Fridays

  • Impact Days-as part of our B-Corp initiative, we give you an extra 2 days a year to make an impact and volunteer in a way that means something to you

  • 2-week work-from-anywhere opportunities (time zone dependent)

  • Sabbatical policy of up to 3 months after you've been with us for 2 years

  • Monthly 1-2-1s, 3-month check-ins and 6-month reviews with your line manager to give honest feedback, celebrate wins, and make sure your efforts are recognised. Good work leads to good things, so if you're doing a great job, you'll see that reflected in your salary and opportunities to grow

  • £1,000/year skills & training allowance

  • Cross-skill training, giving you the ability to improve on overall performance

  • We operate a Cycle to Work scheme, so you can spread the cost of a new bike, tax-free, through salary sacrifice

  • We offer free breakfast, snacks and drinks in our beautiful kitchens

  • We host regular studio learning lunches, head out to talks together, and every other Thursday we wrap up early to hold courses (accompanied by pizza & drinks) in the studio

  • We also cover tickets to events like It's Nice That's 'Nicer Tuesdays', or industry talks and design conferences

  • Twice a year, we get our whole global team together in one place for epic Summer and Winter parties

  • Visa Sponsorship-we can help sponsor your Visa in the UK! Currently working on doing the same in the U.S.

  • We're B-Corp Certified, which means our agency meets the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency and legal accountability

  • Zero ego: we believe the best work happens in collaboration. So we purposely only hire open-minded, brilliant team players

  • Maternity and Paternity packages
    • Maternity
      • 90% of your average weekly earnings (before tax) for the first 6 weeks

      • 80% for the next 20 weeks (a total of 6 months)

      • Statutory after that up to 33 weeks

    • Paternity
      • 100% of your weekly earnings (before tax) for 4 weeks

  • Fun fact! We had a great Q4 last year so raised everyone's salaries across the entire studio by 5%-because we believe we should all share our hard work
