Been there. Done that. Ready for more?

If you're a seasoned operator in the world of shopper marketing, ready to plug into one of the agency's most successful and fast-paced teams, this Senior Account Manager role is tailor-made for you.

Working across retail giants, you'll play a critical role in shaping and delivering brand activation and shopper campaigns that make an impact-across grocery, convenience, wholesale, licensed, and HORECA channels.

This is a fast-paced, high-performing team that thrives on delivering top-quality work for big-name clients. With exciting new projects on the horizon, the agency is growing-and this role is a key part of that. You'll be joining a collaborative and experienced account team of 10+, where there's plenty of support, energy, and opportunity to shine from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

Building client trust - Delivering top-tier service and value across multiple high-profile FMCG accounts.
Driving Shopper Marketing excellence - Leading BTL campaigns with a deep understanding of channels, path to purchase, and activation nuances.
Managing the chaos (beautifully) - Juggling multiple fast-moving, short-deadline projects with clarity, calm, and confidence.
Adding strategic value - You're not here to just carry the bag; you'll shape briefs, guide creative, and influence outcomes.
Championing creative and commercial effectiveness - From briefing through to delivery, you'll ensure high standards and cost-efficient execution.
Mentoring and collaborating - Helping to nurture junior talent, while working closely with directors and wider teams.

What You'll Bring to the Table

Skills & Experience

  • 3-6 years' experience in a marketing agency (BTL, shopper, sales promotion).
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG retail landscape-grocery, convenience, HORECA and more.
  • Experience briefing creative and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Confidence in managing budgets, timelines, and feedback loops.
  • Degree preferred but not essential for exceptional candidates.

Attitude & Values

  • You've walked the walk - this isn't a learning role; you're ready to step in and step up.
  • Calm under pressure and brilliant with fast turnarounds.
  • Agency-minded - process-savvy, proactive, and team-oriented.
  • FMCG fluency - you understand the space, the speed, and the standards.

Why Join?

Work with global brands - Shape campaigns for huge brands across the UK's biggest retail platforms.
Grow in a high-performance team - Be part of a 10+ strong account team delivering excellence daily.
Be recognised and rewarded - Bonus scheme, collaborative culture, and high-calibre colleagues.
Flexible but focused - Tuesday and Thursday in-office for maximum collaboration, remote the rest.
