Job Description
Summary:
The International Senior Account Manager has a broad range of responsibilities in driving the business forward by leading key clients and managing direct reports. You will work closely with the Client Strategy Director to deliver and monitor client business plans, forecasts, and daily business tasks.
This role MUST have: US + International OOH planning experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead clients with strategic approaches, managing project requests and expectations to ensure plans and buys exceed client expectations, delivering Out of Home excellence.
- Proactively service clients and partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to deliver enhanced OOH solutions aligned with client briefs and KPIs across international markets.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of the OOH media landscape.
- Have UK or EMEA as well as US OOH planning and/or communications planning experience, working on clients with significant OOH spend.
- Possess strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally.
- Show a desire to learn new international markets and collaborate with local teams across regions.
- Deliver the highest standards of client service.
- Be proactive and a team player, capable of managing and motivating people.
- Maintain a commercial mindset and confidently apply it within your work.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the client team to ensure effective service and proactive growth of client and agency business.
- Understand the strategy and objectives of your main accounts thoroughly.
- Ensure team delivery on all client service commitments and standards.
- Resolve client and campaign issues promptly, coaching your team in problem-solving.
- Collaborate with Media Lead to set and meet client KPIs.
- Deliver operational excellence individually and as part of the team, continuously improving processes.
- Assist in managing and hosting internal training sessions.
- Participate in defining system/tool requirements and test them as needed.
- Work with management to provide accurate client forecasts and update them regularly.
- Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Showcase best practice planning and monitor output quality.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with media owners.
- Negotiate pricing and book campaigns effectively.
- Stay informed about vendor news and industry activity.
- Resolve challenging client and team issues efficiently.
- Mentor colleagues and external contacts.
