Job Description

We're on the search for an enthusiastic Senior Account Executive to join our growing team, who is set and ready to start their career in PR.

Fight or Flight is a fast-growing integrated communications agency that helps B2B brands provoke a real response to deliver greater business impact. Our services include everything from media relations, social media, GEO, content creation, research and insights, sustainability advisory, to account-based marketing and much more.

You will be:

  • Working on exciting and ambitious B2B brands
  • Speaking with media on a daily basis, pitching fast-paced and newsworthy stories
  • Proactively offering story ideas across your client accounts, driving a proactive media relations programme
  • Directly speaking and partnering with clients, sharing insights on their industry and providing updates across all work streams
  • Writing an array of content from media pitches to thought leadership articles
  • Open to getting stuck in and involved in all aspects of client, new business and campaign activity

In short, here are our role requirements:

  • A minimum of 18 months of B2B/corporate communications experience (previous PR/marketing agency experience preferred but not essential)
  • A proven track record in media relations - strong media relationships, knowledge of how different media work and examples of standout coverage
  • Someone who has their finger on the pulse of the media agenda
  • A solid writer with experience in writing media ready materials (press releases, bylines, pitches etc.)
  • A confident multi tasker who is excited and motivated working in a fast paced environment
  • Someone who is comfortable working in a flat structured, meritocratic environment

    • The basics:

    • Hybrid working (2 office days/week, the office is open Tuesday Thursday)
