The team works with an exciting mix of clients - from massive household names to ambitious scale-ups - spanning tech, lifestyle, sport, and entertainment. The Opportunity This is a commercially focused leadership role for someone ready to take ownership of major accounts, help grow the business, and inspire a talented team to deliver work that's both strategically sharp and creatively brave. The successful candidate will be:

• Leading key client relationships and acting as a trusted senior adviser.
• Managing and mentoring a high-performing corporate comms team.
• Driving organic growth across existing accounts and playing a key role in new business pitches.
• Providing strategic counsel on reputation management, crisis response, corporate storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.
• Overseeing campaign delivery - ensuring work is insight-led, creative, and delivered to the highest standard.
