A purpose-led, multidisciplinary design agency is seeking an Accessibility and Inclusive Design Specialist to join the team. With a focus on the built environment, this agency works on projects spanning human factors, service design, and wayfinding, with inclusive design practices integrated across these functions. As a senior consultant, you will create inclusive design guidance and deliver training sessions. Alongside project delivery, you'll manage small to medium programmes, support bids and proposals, and help grow client relationships. Promoting inclusion internally is just as important as external work, and your voice will help shape best practice across teams.
