Job Description

Fixed Term for 12 months because there is a need for temporary cover.

This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

The Leeds Institute of Health Sciences (LIHS) is seeking an enthusiastic team player with strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills and excellent attention to detail to provide high level administrative support to Head(s) of Division/Unit and an identified group of academic/academic related staff working on a range of research projects.

The post will appeal to anyone who is looking for a varied and interesting role. Working largely self-directed in your day-to-day work, you will demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility and initiative. You will have verbal and written communications skills with the ability to build productive working relationships with people at all levels across the University and externally. You will also possess organisational skills, working with accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a varied and busy workload. You will have IT skills and have a working knowledge of all Microsoft packages (or equivalent).
