Senior / Administrator, Fund Solutions

Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join the Fund Solutions team in Jersey. This permanent, full-time position involves 35 hours of work per week and is hybrid in nature. The role is suitable for an individual with experience in fund administration who enjoys working with complex structures and values client service. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for a portfolio of venture capital, private equity, and fund-of-fund clients, focusing on life sciences, healthcare, and infrastructure.

Job Duties:

• Co-ordinate, prepare and present agendas and board packs for quarterly and ad-hoc meetings.
• Support the organisation, review, and execution of client payments.
• Manage the distribution of investor updates and scheduled reporting.
• Maintain logs for invoices, static data, investor queries, and meeting minutes.
• Contribute to the rollout of new internal systems.
• Lead on client invoicing and scheduled billing.
• Assist with interim and annual audits for client entities.
• Respond to investor and client queries professionally and promptly.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed by clients or management.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar fund administration role.
• Working towards or holding ICSA (or equivalent) is preferred.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Driven to deliver high standards for clients and colleagues.
• Proactive and forward-thinking approach.
