Job Description

The SEND Teaching Assistant role in Consett involves supporting pupils with additional needs within a partner school. Daily pay stands at £94.95 for this contract position. Your duties will centre on providing dedicated 1-2-1 assistance, requiring proven experience with children who have special educational needs. A recognised Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse qualification is essential, alongside recent school-based practice. The Education Network is currently looking to recruit a qualified teaching assistant to work with children with additional needs for one of our partner schools in Consett. The successful candidate must have experience working 1-2-1 with children with SEND. Candidates must hold a recognised Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse qualification and have recent school experience.
