We are recruiting dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistants to join welcoming schools from August 2026.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with pupils who require additional support, helping them to achieve their full potential both academically and personally. Every day brings the opportunity to make a real impact.

Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language needs, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH). Working one-to-one or with small groups. Assisting the class teacher to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour. Celebrating every achievement-big or small.

A caring, patient, and positive attitude. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience working with children or vulnerable adults is desirable but not essential. A genuine passion for helping young people succeed.
