Grade 3 (point 3-4), term time only (Salary apportioned pro rata) 27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
We are looking for someone to work with individual children. They must have:
- a desire to make a difference to the education of young children
- a desire to support teachers in implementing the National Curriculum
- an ability to work as part of a team
- an ability to support the needs of individual children
- relevant training to support.
- excellent communication skills

What You Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role you will need to:
- Aid the pupils to learn as effectively as possible both in group situations and on their own
- Promote the acceptance and inclusion of pupils with SEND, encouraging pupils to interact with each other in an appropriate and acceptable manner.
- Monitor pupil responses to the learning activities and, where appropriate, modify or adapt the activities as agreed with the teacher to achieve the intended learning outcomes.
