SEND Teaching Assistant - Autism & IEP Support (Long Term)

Aspire People is recruiting X3 full-time Teaching Assistants to support children with ASD and lower level ability in Derby area classrooms. You'll help pupils access the curriculum, stay engaged, and build rapport with young learners and their families.

Ideal candidates have one-to-one classroom experience, SEN/AUTISM exposure, and are meticulous about IEPs and progress. Long-term roles with opportunities across Derby and a dedicated consultant support line.
