SEND Teacher

Flourish Education are recruiting for a QTS-qualified SEN Teacher to work within a specialist SEND school in Evesham, starting in September 2026 and continuing until Easter 2027.

The school caters for pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, communication difficulties and complex learning needs. You will work alongside specialist staff to deliver an adapted curriculum and provide pupils with the structure and support needed to make progress.

Job Role:

• Plan and deliver lessons within a specialist SEND setting
• Teach pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and complex needs
• Adapt the curriculum and resources
• Assess and monitor pupil progress
• Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour
• Work alongside specialist Teaching Assistants
• Contribute to EHCP outcomes
• Maintain a structured and supportive classroom
• Promote independence and social development

Required Skills and Experience:

• QTS is essential
• Previous teaching experience
• SEN experience is desirable
• Knowledge of ASD, ADHD and SEMH
• Experience supporting challenging behaviour
• Strong adaptive teaching skills
• Confident behaviour management
• Patient and consistent approach
• Strong communication skills

This SEN Teacher role is based in a specialist SEND school in Evesham and is easily commutable from Pershore, Broadway, Honeybourne, Droitwich Spa, Worcester, Malvern, Tewkesbury and surrounding areas.
