We are recruiting a PrimarySEND Teacher to join a welcoming special needs primary school in Trafford from September 2026. This is a full-time, long-term role teaching a Key Stage 2 class of pupils with complex learning needs.
Role: Primary SEND Teacher - Trafford Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-time, Long-term (with potential for a permanent position) Hours: Monday to Friday Pay: £160-230 per day DOE - paid PAYE direct via Cover People. The Role- Teach a KS2 class of pupils with complex learning needs.
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCP outcomes.
- Pupils are working to EYFS level.
- Create a calm, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment.
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists and the wider SEND team.
- Monitor progress and support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers and external professionals.
- Specialist primary school for pupils with complex learning needs.
- Supportive and experienced leadership team.
- Well-resourced classrooms and excellent SEND facilities.
- Strong focus on personalised learning and pupil wellbeing.
