Duties as SEND Teacher:- Delivering pre-planned lessons tailored to pupils' learning needs
- Supporting pupils with a range of SEND and additional needs
- Creating a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
- Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and independence
- Working closely with teaching assistants and wider support staff
- Monitoring progress and contributing to pupil development
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with SEND pupils is highly desirable
- Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
- Patient, caring, and adaptable approach
- Understanding of differentiated learning and inclusive practice
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
