SEND TA - Flexible Roles in Specialist Schools

Philosophy Education is recruiting Special Needs Teaching Assistants to work full-time in specialist SEND schools across London from October 2025. Southwark-based roles with flexible cover options offer daily pay between £103 and £115 (Umbrella).

You will support learners with a range of needs, collaborate with teachers and therapy teams, and help create an inclusive, engaging learning environment. Ideal candidates are experienced Teaching Assistants, or professionals from healthcare, social
