Overview

As a SEND Specialist Tutor, you'll deliver personalised, one to one learning that empowers students with a wide range of additional needs- including Autism, ADHD, SEMH and sensory needs-to grow in confidence, independence, and self belief. This is your chance to break free from the traditional classroom and make a meaningful impact on learners who need you most.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver creative, multi sensory lessons tailored to each student.
• Track progress and adapt your approach to meet individual learning needs.
• Work closely with parents, carers, and professionals to build effective support plans.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment where every learner can thrive.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent.
• Experience working with SEND learners.
• UK classroom teaching experience.
• Creativity, patience, and a willingness to think differently.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced child barred list DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
• Two professional, child related references.
