# SEND Portage Home Visitor (Maternity Cover)Bradford Portage Service require an enthusiastic and skilled Portage Home Visitor to support young children with additional needs and their families, using the Portage Early Education Programme. You will need experience of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), home visiting, working with young children who have additional needs and multi agency working.
