SEND Pilot Project Manager - Hybrid, Immediate Start

Baltimore Consulting is seeking an experienced SEND Project Manager for an immediate start to lead a high-profile SEND pilot across 36 schools, reporting to the SEND Reforms Senior Transformation Manager. The role is hybrid and Inside IR35 via umbrella, with a daily rate of £450.

You will own implementation, stakeholder engagement, programme governance and delivery, ensuring mobilisation, evidence gathering and a clear path for future rollout.
