SEND Family Partnership Advisor

Tower Hamlets Homes Ltd is seeking an experienced SEND Adviser (Family Partnership Officer) to provide expert information and support to parents of children with SEND and to young people aged 16-25, in line with Education Law. The role sits within Tower Hamlets & City SEND IASS and requires collaboration across Education, Health and Social Care.
