Through bespoke one-to-one tutoring we aim to provide positive community impact for children across Devon.
Your Role as a SEN Tutor in Devon- Specialist Tuition - Offering creative child-centered interventions, collaborating and working towards a personalised package of academic, interest-based and mentor-focused support for learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH).
- Creative Interventions - Use flexible strategies to improve engagement, build confidence, and develop social and emotional skills.
- Multi-Agency Working - Collaborate and communicate with families, professionals and the wider team, to promote the best interests of the child.
- Monitoring Progress - Record and report tangible examples of the student's work, targets, and development throughout the provision.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - A recognised teaching qualification is required.
- Experience - At least 3 years of teaching/student support experience - experience working with SEN, SEMH learners is ideal but not essential.
