RSR Education is currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants (SENTAs) to support pupils within a range of welcoming primary schools across the Winsford area.

This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) achieve their full potential in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs.
• Assist children with a range of SEND, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language needs, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
• Support pupils both in and out of the classroom.
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored learning plans.
• Encourage pupil engagement, confidence and independence.
• Help create a safe, positive and nurturing learning environment.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Have

Experience working with children, ideally within a school or SEND setting

A patient, caring and empathetic approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one

Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
