Job Requirements of a SEN Teaching Assistant
Minimum 6 months UK experience in a Primary school
Strong classroom and behaviour management
Confident and supporting with learning and behaviour
Enhanced Child or Child and Adult DBS on the Update service (or willingness to obtain one)
SEN Experience desirable
Role responsibilities of a SEN Teaching Assistant:
Maintain a safe, positive and productive classroom
Work collaboratively with Teachers, support staff and SEN teams
Follow school policies and expectations
Working with pupils in class, small groups and 1:1
Working across Key stag 1 and Key stage 2
