• Location: Tower Hamlets
• Pay: £90 - £105 per day
• Start Date: ASAP
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm
• Contract: Long Term

We're looking for a kind and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Tower Hamlets. If you have a passion for supporting children with special educational needs (SEN), we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Give one-to-one and small group support to children with SEN
• Work with teachers to plan and deliver personalised learning (IEPs)
• Support children's behaviour, confidence, and learning
• Help pupils develop their emotional and social skills
• Work as part of a supportive classroom team
• Keep track of progress and help with feedback

What We're Looking For in a SEN TA

• Experience working with SEN children is ideal
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to learn and support wherever needed
• SEN training or qualifications are a bonus
