Mana Education is currently recruiting SEN Teachers and SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a range of special schools, alternative provisions and mainstream schools with specialist SEN support units across Stamford and the surrounding areas.

SEN Specialisms We SupportWe welcome applications from candidates with experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) including:
- SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
- Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN)
- ADHD and behavioural needs
- Complex needs and sensory needs
We also support roles in:
- Special Schools
- Alternative Provision (AP)
- PRU / Behaviour Support Schools
- SEN Resource Bases within mainstream schools
We are currently recruiting for:
- SEN Teachers
- SEN Teaching Assistants (SEN TA)
- Learning Support Assistants (LSA)
- SEMH Support Staff
Opportunities are available across Primary, Secondary and specialist SEN settings.
Who We Are Looking ForWe are keen to hear from candidates who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or have relevant UK experience
- Have experience supporting pupils with SEN / SEND
- Have strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Are passionate about supporting young people with additional needs
