SEN Teacher - Special School Cardiff

Aspire People are delighted to be recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a specialist school in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and NQTs looking to begin or further their career within a supportive and rewarding SEN environment.

Role
  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of pupils with special educational needs
  • Create a nurturing and structured classroom environment that supports learning and development
  • Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to provide a holistic approach to education
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies where necessary
About You
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • A passion for working with children with special educational needs
  • Experience working with pupils with ASD is advantageous, but not essential
  • Strong communication, patience, and adaptability
  • A positive and proactive approach to supporting diverse learning needs
