The Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Primary aged pupils, ensuring that they receive the tailored, engaging, and high-quality education they deserve. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher to join a warm and welcoming team.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons to meet the individual needs of students.
• Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Working closely with teaching assistants, specialists, and other staff to support the development of each child.
• Monitoring and assessing student progress and adapting teaching methods as necessary.
• Communicating effectively with parents and guardians to ensure holistic support for each child.

About You

• You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (NQTs are welcome to apply).
• Experience in teaching Primary aged pupils, particularly with SEN students, would be an advantage.
• A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
• A strong commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
