Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that meet individual learning needs.
Adapting teaching approaches, resources and activities to ensure all pupils can access learning.
Creating a calm, structured and supportive classroom environment.
Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
Supporting pupils' academic, social, emotional and personal development.
