Teach Team are working in partnership with a number of SEN schools across Birmingham and we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher to join their team.

The Role

• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Create a positive, structured and inclusive learning environment.
• Manage challenging behaviour using positive behaviour strategies.
• Work collaboratively with support staff, colleagues and the wider school team.
• Encourage pupils' academic, social and emotional development.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Has experience working within SEN, SEMH or specialist educational settings.
• Confident managing challenging behaviour and supporting pupils with complex needs.
• Has a patient, resilient and adaptable approach.
• Passionate about making a meaningful difference to young people's lives.
