Flourish Education are recruiting for an SEN Teacher to join a secondary school in Redditch, with the role starting in November 2026 and continuing until July 2027.
The school is seeking a teacher who can provide structured and accessible lessons for students with additional learning needs. The successful candidate will adapt teaching to individual pupils, monitor progress and work with support staff to create a consistent learning environment.
This full-time position would suit an experienced SEN Teacher, Secondary Teacher with SEN experience or an ECT interested in developing their experience within SEN education.
Job Role:- Plan and deliver lessons suitable for pupils with SEN
- Differentiate resources and activities
- Monitor and assess student progress
- Maintain clear classroom routines and expectations
- Support positive behaviour
- Work with Teaching Assistants and other staff
- Contribute to pupil support plans
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents
- Encourage students to develop their independence
- QTS or ECT status
- Previous teaching experience
- Experience working with pupils with SEN
- Understanding of different additional learning needs
- Ability to adapt lessons effectively
- Strong classroom management skills
- Good communication and organisation
- Commitment to supporting individual pupil progress
- Pay from £174.71 to £240.70 per day, equivalent to £34,068 to £46,937 based on working five days a week for a full school year, dependent on experience (M1-M6)

This SEN Teacher role is based in Redditch and is easily accessible from Astwood Bank, Headless Cross, Studley, Bromsgrove, Alvechurch, Droitwich, Worcester and surrounding areas.
