Whether your background is in primary or secondary education, if you're passionate about adapting learning, building meaningful relationships and helping every pupil achieve their potential, we'd love to hear from you.

Every day is different. Every success is worth celebrating. Every child deserves someone who believes in them.

  • Build positive, trusting relationships that help pupils feel safe, confident and ready to learn.
  • Create an inclusive classroom where every achievement is recognised and celebrated.
  • Develop and review personalised learning plans, including IEPs and behaviour support strategies.
  • Monitor progress, identify next steps and celebrate every milestone.
  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, families and external professionals to provide exceptional support.
  • Promote positive behaviour through consistency, understanding and high expectations.
  • Safeguard the wellbeing of every pupil and help create a nurturing learning environment.

What You'll Bring

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent required.
  • Experience/trained in IT or Music subjects is desirable.
  • Passionate about inclusive education and committed to helping every child succeed.
  • Creative, adaptable and able to tailor teaching to a range of learning needs.
  • Calm, resilient and confident in supporting pupils with additional needs.
  • An excellent communicator who enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Experience working within SEN, Autism, SEMH or specialist education is highly desirable, but we also encourage applications from mainstream teachers who are looking to make the move into specialist education. Full support and ongoing professional development will be provided.
