The focus is on restoring confidence, improving engagement and enabling learners to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

The Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will deliver engaging, tailored learning programmes to small groups or on a 1:1 basis, adapting curriculum content to meet a wide range of SEN needs.

  • Undertake additional reasonable duties as required

Please note: Regular travel between sites is required. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

About You

You will be a reflective, resilient and solution-focused practitioner who brings both professional expertise and genuine care for young people.

  • Strong understanding of adapting teaching for pupils with SEN
  • Clear knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
  • Experience supporting learners with anxiety and varied learning needs
  • Ability to build rapport and positive relationships
