The RoleThe school is seeking enthusiastic and skilled SEN Teachers to join its growing team. Opportunities are available across a range of curriculum pathways, including:

Successful candidates will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, supporting pupils with a diverse range of learning, communication, physical and health needs.
The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for teachers who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience working within SEND or specialist education settings
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of child development and complex learning needs
- Have knowledge of Autism, SLD and/or PMLD
- Can adapt teaching approaches to meet individual pupil needs
- Are confident leading support staff and managing classroom teams effectively
- Use a range of communication strategies to engage learners
- Are reflective practitioners committed to ongoing professional development
- Have a passion for inclusive education and preparing young people for adulthood
