SEN Specialist Support Practitioner - Empower Learners (Hybrid)

Mossbourne Victoria Park Academy in Hackney is seeking a Specialist Support Practitioner to assist students with high levels of need, helping them access the curriculum and engage with learning. The role works closely with teaching staff to support daily classroom routines and pupil wellbeing.

The successful candidate will monitor progress on their caseload, collaborate with the SENCo and HOI, and contribute to a calm, inclusive learning environment within a Mossbourne Federation Academy.
