We are seeking an experienced SEN HLTA to provide targeted support for pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them develop confidence, resilience and a positive attitude towards learning.

Main Duties• Lead intervention programmes and learning activities• Support pupils with EHCPs, SEND and SEMH needs• Work closely with teachers and support teams• Adapt learning approaches to meet individual needs• Monitor pupil engagement and academic progress• Encourage positive behaviour and personal development

Essential Skills• HLTA qualification or substantial relevant experience• Experience working with pupils with additional needs• Strong communication and teamwork skills• Compassionate and flexible approach
