SEMH Teaching Assistant - Behaviour Support & Wellbeing

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant / Behaviour Support for an inclusive SEMH school in Derby for September 2026. You will support pupils with SEMH and SEN across KS2-KS4, helping them regulate behaviour and re-engage with learning.

Role hours are 8:30am-3:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a fixed-term contract for the autumn term. The ideal candidate has SEMH/SEN experience, strong behaviour management, and an Enhanced DBS.
