SEMH Teacher

This will be a full time position and starting as soon as possible. As a teacher in an SEMH provision, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse needs.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working in SEMH, SEN, or a similar educational setting.
• A high level of resilience and the ability to manage and support challenging behaviour in a calm and effective manner.
• A genuine passion for supporting and inspiring young people.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified teacher status
• Strong understanding of SEMH and related behavioural strategies.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
