SEMH Specialist Teacher for KS3 Transitions & Inclusion

Hampshire County Council is seeking a UPR Teacher to support SEMH pupils across primary and KS3 transitions, drawing on KS3 teaching experience to help schools build inclusive practices.

The role involves outreach and in-reach support, collaboration with Headteachers and SENCOs, modelling high-quality teaching and restorative behaviour strategies, and helping expand our KS3 provision while ensuring successful transitions.
